Before your consultation, you'll be asked to review and agree to a Telehealth Consent covering how your visit works, its risks and limitations, and your rights as a patient. That consent comes from the medical entity actually treating you — an OpenLoop Health-affiliated professional entity — not from Rizzi.
Rizzi is a marketing platform and does not provide clinical care. Your Telehealth Consent is between you and your treating provider, and covers topics specific to your visit, including the use of telehealth technology, AI-assisted tools, recording and ambient listening, prescribing decisions, and any state-specific disclosures that apply to you.
You can review the current consent below. Depending on your state and the services you're seeking, additional consent sections may apply (for example, weight-loss-specific disclosures in certain states). Read the Telehealth Consent.
If you have questions about your Telehealth Consent, your treatment, or want to revoke a consent you've previously given, contact your Treating PC using the privacy contact information provided to you at the time of your visit, or reach OpenLoop's Patient Support line at (855) 597-1248.
For anything related to the Rizzi website itself rather than your clinical care, visit our Contact page.
