Rizzi is a marketing platform that connects visitors with independent, licensed telehealth providers affiliated with OpenLoop Health ("OpenLoop"). This Policy covers information Rizzi itself collects and controls. Once you submit intake or health-related information for the purpose of a clinical consultation, that information is used and disclosed by OpenLoop's affiliated providers under OpenLoop's own Notice of Privacy Practices, not under this Policy.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and should be read alongside, Rizzi's Terms & Conditions. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If any term here is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Site or provide personal information to us.

This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties, including through content or advertising that may link to or be embedded on the Site. Other websites you reach through the Site may have their own, different privacy practices.

Important note: This Privacy Policy is separate from OpenLoop Health's Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how your protected health information ("PHI") is used and disclosed by your treating provider under HIPAA. Read OpenLoop's Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. This may include:

• Contact and identifying information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address;
• Account information, if you register for an account;
• Preliminary intake or eligibility information you submit before being routed to an OpenLoop-affiliated provider;
• Billing information you provide when purchasing a subscription (payment card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor via an encrypted connection — Rizzi does not store your full card number);
• Communications you send us, such as messages through our Contact page;
• Information you submit for display on the Site, such as a testimonial (please don't include anything in a testimonial you wouldn't want made public).

Information collected automatically. As you use the Site, we may automatically collect:

• Usage details, IP address, browser and device type, and referring/exit pages;
• Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We use cookies to recognize returning visitors, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. • To OpenLoop Health and its affiliated medical providers, to facilitate your clinical consultation;
• To service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery);
• To our payment processor, to process transactions;
• To advertising and analytics partners, to measure and deliver ads;
• To a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
• Where required to comply with law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rizzi, our users, or others;
• With your consent, or as otherwise described at the point of collection.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
